My Dog Has Vanished......

If only you guys would understand...
How it feels to come home,
to no one.
To not be able to talk to
anyone.
To no longer feel loved.
To be put together back in one piece.
Something I dare to couldn't speak
of
when it comes to dogs.
Mine, Rocky, he
was the prettiest one of all.
I never could take the time
to know what he was,
with his 3rd degree tones of brown
fur
and hazel eyes.
I hope he's alive,
and having an adventure.
Even if he's not....
I'll dream forever,
hoping he could
come back to me once more.
I loved my Rocky.
